Thanks to its quiet location, Villa Qais is ideal for families and couples and is NOT suitable for youth groups or parties.

The villa was completely renovated in 2023, sleeps up to 6 people, and is situated on a spacious 1,000 m² plot, ensuring plenty of privacy and comfort. With a living area of 94 m², the villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has been furnished with care and an eye for detail. At the heart of the home lies the bright living room with an open kitchen and direct access to the terrace. Outside, you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle by the private 4 x 8 meter pool and in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen ideal for long summer days and relaxing evenings. Villa Qais is located in a quiet residential area, yet remains within a short distance of the sea and various amenities. The idyllic Granadella beach, several panoramic viewpoints, and the lively Arenal beach of Jávea with its promenade, beach bars, and restaurants are just an 8 minute drive away.

Booking Terms & Information – Villa Qais
Smoking is not permitted indoors. The villa is not rented to persons under 25 , and parties are not permitted . Charging electric cars at the property is prohibited due to fire hazard. Villa Qais is designed for a peaceful and carefree stay .
Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must always be confirmed in writing to the owner by email .
