Booking Terms & Information – Villa Qais

Smoking is not permitted indoors. The villa is not rented to persons under 25 , and parties are not permitted . Charging electric cars at the property is prohibited due to fire hazard. Villa Qais is designed for a peaceful and carefree stay .

Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.

Included & practical information

The prices include:

• Bed linen
• Towels and beach towels
• Gas and electricity consumption
• Reception and explanation by the key manager
• Welcome package

A mandatory cleaning fee applies per stay, regardless of the number of nights.

Check-in: between 15:00 PM and 20:00 

Check-out: 10:00 

On request it can be determined whether deviations from these times are possible.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must always be confirmed in writing to the owner by email .

• Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation 90–60 days before arrival: 25% of the rental amount
• Cancellation 59–30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental amount
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount

If the guest only indicates on the date of arrival or during the stay that they will not be using the accommodation (anymore), the full rental amount remains due .
